Khao Sok river
A quick half-day tour from Khao Lak to visit "Khao Sok National Park" for viewing towering limestone mountains in morning mist and lush rainforest along Sok River and View Point. Board a canoe (or bamboo raft), paddled by local crews, downstream the "Sok River" peacefully. Have a cup of coffee served in a bamboo cup, and make your morning memorable in this tropical paradise
07:15 Pick up from any address in Khao Lak. Head to Khao Sok National Park.
08:30 Arrive at Sok River, and board a canoe (or bamboo raft), paddled by a local paddler. Enjoy river surroundings and beautiful landscapes. Sok River is one of the best spots to view picturesque limestone mountains, birdlife, and some reptiles. Halfway through a journey by canoe, we will make a stopover at a riverbank for boiling water over an open fire for jungle coffee served in a bamboo cup. Go ahead canoeing further down the river. Get picked up by our driver, and head to Panturat Temple to see wild monkeys. Make a stop at Khao Sok View Point for capturing a panoramic view of Khao Sok's lush forest. In the rainy season, we can add a visit to Mae Yai Waterfall as an extra.
